CPG has scrutinised official stewards’ reports and Freedom-of-Information requests to provide a realistic picture of the degree of greyhound suffering on Australian racetracks. More than 200 greyhounds were killed and over 10,000 injured in racing-related incidents in 2021.
Lethal Tracks 2021 provides a degree of transparency that contrasts with the greyhound racing industry’s efforts to create a false image and conceal greyhound suffering.
