The horrific deaths and injuries suffered by greyhounds on and off tracks around Australia have continued daily.
Greyhounds are particularly vulnerable because they are the only dog breed groomed for one purpose from the moment they are born, to race for human entertainment and gambling.
The number of greyhounds killed on track dipped slightly in November 2024 but in a disturbing trend at least a further eighteen greyhounds were killed in the days following their race injuries.
